Heidi Gladman grew up in Chilliwack, BC. She joined Avant in 2004 and spent the next 18 years in Santa Cruz, Bolivia working with a ministry called El Jordan. After a leave of absence, Avant has now invited Heidi to come to their head office in Kansas City, MO to be a part of the member care team. This team provides care, equipping and training for families and their children as they move cross culturally into the world to share the gospel. She is presently living in Kelowna, BC while working on raising her support. Her hope is to move to Kansas City as soon as possible.
