Sardis Men presents…a Battle of the BBQs! The event is open to all the families in the Church, as well as any friends, neighbours or co-workers that you'd like to bring along.
The battle includes a friendly 'competition', for anyone who wants to enter, to see who is the best with the grill! Instead of eating one grilled item, everyone who comes to the BBQ will get to sample a bit of everything. Last year this included steak, smokies, wings, brisket and salmon. Food will be served at 6:00 p.m., but feel free to come a bit earlier.
After the meal, we're asking the men and older boys (12 and over) who can, to remain behind for a short discussion time. Andrew Reeves, an experienced pilot with Jazz Airlines, will be sharing a 'flying' story entitled "Mayday, Mayday, Mayday".
Please bring your own lawn chair.
There'll be good food, fellowship and even some games. We hope you’ll join us!
